CITY OF NEW ORLEANS is an intense, brilliant tangerine-orange flower with the power to command your attention from clear across the garden. The seedling that is responsible for its beautiful, intense true orange color was a gift to me from Matthew Kaskel. CITY OF NEW ORLEANS gets its name from all the glitz and glamour I experienced on my first trip to New Orleans many years ago. This vibrant orange is very flamboyant with its ruffles and “Look at me!” presence. Fertile both ways.
